Not a quick test run — an actual bath, towel off the drips, zip your pet in, and time it from the moment you clip the dryer on.

2. Give it the full 25 minutes.
On a clean coat, most pets are dry well before this. If yours isn't, that's exactly what this guarantee is for.

3. Still damp after 25 minutes? Email us.
Reach out within 30 days of your purchase at support@tryfurflow.com, let us know it didn't meet the promise, and we'll process a full refund. You keep the bag.

Why We Do This

Most guarantees are written to sound reassuring while being hard to actually use. Ours isn't. We'd rather lose the occasional sale to a genuine mismatch than have you feel misled by a claim we weren't willing to stand behind.

A Few Things Worth Knowing

This guarantee covers drying performance specifically. For issues like wrong sizing, change of mind, or a faulty item, see our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy - those are handled a little differently, since they're not about how well the bag dries.

Thick double coats, very long fur, or particularly cold rooms can extend drying time slightly. If that's your situation and you're unsure whether the guarantee applies, email us before your bath night and we'll talk you through what to expect.
